• If product arrives with damage, you may refuse to take the package, product will be returned back to us at no charge, then we will send you a replacement package upon receipt.
• You may return/exchange any unopened products in resalable condition, we do not pay for shipping. After we receive the package, if product is in resalable condition, full refund of the product's selling price will be issued.
• All return and cancellation shipping and handling fees of all the orders are non-refundable.
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days of date of purchase.
• If we made a mistake by shipping the wrong item/quantity, we are responsible for return shipping, and sending you the correct item/quantity, or a full refund including shipping/handling.
